The EcoSBR-BNR process is a leap forward in wastewater treatment, integrating advanced Aerobic Granular Sludge (AGS) technology to achieve exceptional Biological Nutrient Removal (BNR). This innovative approach elevates the SBR process, taking treatment efficiency and effluent quality to the next level.

Key Advantages of the EcoSBR-BNR Process:

  • Chemical-Free Nutrient Removal: EcoSBR-BNR achieves comprehensive biological removal of critical nutrients like ammonia and phosphorus directly within the main treatment process. This eliminates the need for costly chemical dosing or separate treatment units, simplifying your operations and significantly reducing ongoing chemical expenses.
  • Compact Footprint from Rapid AGS Settling: A standout feature of Aerobic Granular Sludge is its dense granules, which settle exceptionally fast – often within minutes. This drastically shortens SBR cycle times, boosting the plant’s overall treatment capacity and the smaller footprint (m3/KLD processed) improves the investment returns of the plant.
  • Reduced Aeration & Operational Costs: The AGS process has a markedly lower aeration demand compared to traditional aerobic systems (e.g., ASP, MBBR, MBR). This reduction means blowers operate for shorter durations, leading to decreased energy costs and operational savings from reduced running times.
  • Intelligent Automation & Process Adaptability: Benefit from fully automated operations with intelligent control systems that seamlessly adapt treatment processes in real-time. This responsive system adjusts to fluctuations in incoming wastewater characteristics, ensuring consistent, optimal performance under varying conditions.
